I ended up at the doctor to check about getting off insulin. The nurse thought it was funny when I told her how many units I take a day. So I got online to see about other company’s to drive for that do not have this requirement. It is true that you learn something new everyday. I found out that there is a federal law preventing insulin dependent people from being a long haul truck driver. I guess that is a sign, that job wasn’t meant for me.
