So the lady that gave me the first diabetic class on what to eat was wrong. She told me to stay away from certain things. Over the weekend I investigated those things she told me to stay away from and I fell I was lied to. Processed meat was not near as bad as she made it out to be. I love that kind of stuff as strange as it sounds. She seems to be trying to take my gold from me. I stay confused. I don’t ever know who to trust when it comes to my health. Why can’t all the doctors be the same for once. Lets compare notes and get me on the right track.
